about

Ondomo is a modern adaptation by Naoyuki Omo of the Ondes Martenot, a keyboard that was similar to the Theremin and invented in 1929 by Maurice Martenot.
This performance of improvisations on the Ondomo was recorded live on Facebook, August 23, 2020.
Also used was the BOSS RC-202, Hologram Infinite Jets and Roland Handsonic HPD-20.
"Ondomo" was part of a live streamed series of multi-instrumental improv sessions called "Trippy Evening Vibes" that was broadcast on Sundays throughout 2020 as an antidote to the difficult times of the pandemic.
